Peg Perego Donates to “Lend a Hand”

Primo Viaggio SIP 30/30 on TODAY SHOW

Each year, NBC’s TODAY SHOW and Al Roker air a series called “Lend a Hand.” TODAY is the #1 national morning show, with anchors that also include Matt Lauer, Meredith Vieira and Ann Curry. In the “Lend a Hand” series, Mr. Roker visits five different cities, broadcasting live and profiling a worthy charity in each location. This year, Peg Perego participated in the program.

The Peg Perego segment aired on Wednesday, April 16th at 8:30 a.m. EST. Roker gave Cuidando Los Ninos – an Albuquerque, NM charity – twenty-five Primo Viaggio SIP 30/30 car seats. The not-for-profit organization is a “day center,” providing childcare and therapeutic services to homeless children between the ages of six weeks and five years old. The mission of Cuidando Los Ninos (CLN) is to meet the special needs of children experiencing homelessness and to offer support services that assist and strengthen their families as they become relocated. The organization serves approximately 52 children at a time and currently has a waiting list of 40.

The retail value of each Primo Viaggio SIP 30/30 car seat is $289.99. Peg Perego’s donation of twenty-five car seats will allow Cuidando Los Ninos to help infants in their program for a year.
